Welcome to Colorado Medical Seminars. 2008 marks our first annual year in providing a series of seminars to meet the needs of Emergency, Primary Care, Critical Care Physicians, Nurses, Paramedics and Physicians Assistants. Emergency medical room staff should have an increased awareness of medical problems that are unique to trauma and emergency room situations. Our objective is to provide the latest information on the diagnosis and treatment of the most common acute disorders seen in emergency and critical care settings. Communities across the country continue to look for the best in their local surgical and medical teams and to be able to treat the sickest of the sick. With new medical graduates entering into the emergency rooms everyday, it is imperative that these courses offered take a leadership role in providing a continuing education venue for the complex operative and critical care surgical challenges, with major trauma continuing to be the epitome of such challenges.
